The access at my current or new residence is very bad, I do not want any setbacks on the removal day, who checks this?

Please make sure to inform our representative about the access when you enquire about our services. We will take care of any outside elevator, shuttle service, permits or traffic wardens required for your move.

Who does the packing?

Our trained crew will take care of professional packing of all your belongings so that client’s may put their mind at rest.

Can’t I pack myself?

Clients may effect their own packing too. We will gladly supply boxes, papers & all materials.

Are my belongings insured whilst in transit?

D.O.M. Transport together with Middlesea offer Total Loss or Comprehensive cover for any overseas removal. Our representative will supply you with an insurance proposal form prior to the removal and will hand over a certificate of insurance once packing has been completed making sure the belongings are covered the minute our crew start the packing.

How long will my belongings take to arrive?

This depends on the service you choose, whether it’s air, sea or road. Our representative will gladly assist with any questions or concerns you may have to put your mind at rest.

My house is not ready yet, can you store for me?
