  The quality of service was extremely good. We had over 200 boxes and we have opened 160. Everything was well packed. No breakages found up to now. We are moving back to the USA and have had some difficult requirements and Mr. de Gray has been outstanding when it comes to understanding of the issues, extremely helpful and, most important efficient and timely in everything he has done (If truth be told we are fairly demanding clients and throughout it all Mr. de Gray has been patient and in good humor). We have been involved in more than a dozen international moves, from Asia, Europe, and the US and your service compares favorably with the best of them (this includes your packers who were quick and careful and Ms. Fiona Vassallo who helped greatly with the logistics).   Exceptional service and regular update communications with D.O.M. transport when both receiving and delivering our personal Heavy baggage of home goods from abroad. We received great help in some of the unpacking areas on the delivery day too which speeded up the whole process. Also with importing 2 cars from overseas.   I will never forget the sight of the two Dom trucks and elevator pulling up outside my house, bringing my whole life to Malta after a year in storage. The excellent crew had clearly unpacked the shipping container and repacked the contents into the trucks with great care and skill as the entire moving in process was complete in under 3 hours. The team were professional, calm and cheerful throughout and took all the items to where they should be in the house. Items requiring reassembly were expertly put back together and much of the packaging was removed on delivery day. A couple of weeks later, and on Good Friday, no less, One of the team came back to take away the remaining packaging. Dealing with Dom was a pleasure from first contact and planning through delivery to clearance and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. Hopefully I will not be moving for many years but if I do, DOM will be my first call.
